電動叉車充電知識

電池箱體上如有箱蓋或其他遮蓋物，充電前一定要移開或打開，確保充電時產生的可燃氣體充分散發，在充電完成后30分鐘后可合上遮蓋物，充電房內應該通風良好，室內充電房要安裝排風扇。

If there is a cover or other cover on the battery box, it must be removed or opened before charging to ensure that the combustible gas generated during charging is fully dissipated. The cover can be closed 30 minutes after charging is completed. The charging room should be well ventilated, and an exhaust fan should be installed in the indoor charging room.

1. 拔開蓄電池電纜和電瓶車電纜的插接頭連接。

1. Disconnect the plug connectors of the battery cable and the electric vehicle cable.

2. 測量電解液的溫度，如果大于55℃，則應等蓄電池冷卻后再繼續如下步驟。

2. Measure the temperature of the electrolyte. If it is greater than 55 ℃, wait for the battery to cool before continuing with the following steps.

3. 接上蓄電池與充電機電纜之間的插頭。打開充電機的充電開關，開始充電。切忌中途停止充電，一定要充電到充電機顯示充足為止！

3. Connect the plug between the battery and the charger cable. Turn on the charging switch of the charger and start charging. Do not stop charging midway, be sure to charge until the charger displays full!

4. 充電結束后，先關充電機電源，然后拔開蓄電池和充電機的電纜插頭連接。

After charging, turn off the power of the charger first, and then disconnect the cable plugs between the battery and the charger.

5. 檢查電解液的充電后的液面高度，如液位低于允許高度（低于加水塞），則應補充符合標準的蒸餾水或去離子水（加水塞z低位向上1-2厘米），但不可加入任何酸液。

If the liquid level is lower than the allowable height (lower than the water plug), distilled water or deionized water that meets the standards should be added (the water plug should be 1-2cm higher than the low position), but no acid should be added.

6. 加水必須在充電后進行，充電前加水，可能導致充電時酸液溢出。

7. z后，接上蓄電池和電瓶車的電纜插頭，電動叉車可投入使用。

8. 在使用過程中如電動叉車未出現“需充電警示標志”或“未低于30%電量”禁止給蓄電池組充電！否則會影響到整組電池的壽命！
